Connaught Square, Digbeth, UK

Architects rg+p have designed a mixed-use development to regenerate a city block in the Digbeth area of Birmingham City Centre. Visuals were required for the planning application and subsequent publicity. Working alongside their architectural team, wadsworth3d produced a set of ten photorealistic images to show the key areas of the scheme. The development included residential apartments, hotel, offices, retail, bars and restaurants. It was important to show how the area would improve by drawing life and activity into the spaces. The images were developed alongside the architect's design and were therefore able to assist in the presentation of the scheme during pivotal meetings throughout the project.
